If we do not make a transfer from or to your account on time or in the correct amount in accordance with our agreement with you, we may be liable for your loss or damage. However, we are not responsible for direct or consequential damages in the following events: pre-authorized withdrawals – Upon instruction, we pay certain recurring transactions from your main savings or transfer account. See section 2 for transfer restrictions that may apply to these operations. You may terminate this Agreement or an EFT Service at any time under this Agreement by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your Card and an access code. You must return all cards to the credit union. They also agree to inform all participating merchants that the payment authority of the invoice has been revoked. We may also terminate this agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we announce this agreement, we may notify all participating merchants who make pre-authorized withdrawals or credits from one of your accounts that this agreement has been terminated and that we do not accept any other pre-authorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for an EFT service.

Whether you or the credit union terminates this Agreement, termination does not affect the obligations under this Agreement for electronic transactions made prior to termination. If your accounts display transfers that you have not made, including those made by card, access code or other means, notify us immediately. If you do not tell us within 60 days of sending the statement, you may not receive any lost money after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have prevented someone from making the transfers if you had informed us in time. If a good reason (for example. B a hospitalization) prevented you from telling us, we will extend the deadlines. If you think your card or access code has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or can transfer money from your accounts without your permission, you can purchase up to a maximum of $1,000.00 per day if there are enough credits in your account. Liability for Non-Payment of Pre-Authorized Transfers – If you ask us to suspend payment of a pre-authorized transfer three (3) business days or more prior to the scheduled transfer, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your loss or damage. EFT services are subject to specific fees and charges. From time to time, fees may change.

We will inform you of what is necessary under current legislation. If you use an ATM that is not operated by us, the ATM operator and any national, regional or local network used in connection with the transaction may charge you a fee (and you may be charged for a balance request, even if you cannot make a transfer). The ATM surcharge will be debited from your account if you wish to complete the transaction or continue the balance consultation. You should also call the number or write to the address listed above if you believe that a transfer with your check information has been made without your permission.. . .
