We are delighted to announce significant additions to our team. Krzysztof Owerkowicz and Foivos Lagios are joining IMAS as Partner and Associate, respectively. Together they have close to 25 years’ experience of advising business in the asset management and wealth management sectors and an impressive track-record of successful mergers and acquisition transactions. They will boost IMAS’s capacity in the Investment sector and coverage overseas.

Krzysztof spent the first nine years of his career at Putnam Lovell and Jefferies, the American investment bank, before founding Pakenham Partners in 2011 together with Kevin Pakenham, who sadly passed away in July this year. His clients have included Seneca Investment Managers, City of London Investment Group, Waverton Investment Management, Cornelian Asset Managers, Tcam Asset Management, Vestra Wealth, Aberdeen Asset Management, Old Mutual Wealth and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust & Bank.

Foivos comes with five years of transaction experience, having worked together with Krzysztof on several key transactions for Pakenham Partners clients. He previously worked in Eurobank’s Wholesale Banking and holds an MSc in Investment and Wealth Management from Imperial College Business School and an MEng degree in Civil Engineering from University College London (UCL).

With the help of IMAS’s platform, they will ensure the seamless continuation of high quality services for their clients and the strengthening of our business which thrives on the success of our clients.
