Our customer parts management agreements ensure that critical spare parts are always ready to use and delivered in a short and guaranteed delivery time if you need them most – 24/7. During the term of the spare parts management contract, the warranty produced does not expire and, at the expiry of the agreement, there is no obligation to take back parts. Their operating costs are predictable and downtime is kept to a minimum. We take care of the management, inspection and storage of spare parts, while you can benefit from the guaranteed quality and functional safety of spare parts and focus on your core business. The terms of this paragraph apply to the rental of items of sale in Appendix A of this paragraph (“lease parts”) or part (“leasing”) and are part of each lease of parts sold by the buyer by the seller as part of the replacement contract. With the exception of the provisions of Section 12 of this Schedule H, ownership of material delivered in accordance with the provisions of the replacement contract is retained by the seller until the full payment of the invoices and any interest has been received by the seller. The seller`s obligation to repurchase surplus material from replenishment orders is the buyer`s responsibility to meet the obligations under Section 9 “Communication of Use Data” of the replacement contract.
